The boys varsity tennis team traveled to Roosevelt Middle School to play High Tech High San Diego. Another stellar performace by our young players. Our star player for the day was Brayan F. who played in the #2 spot in singles. He defeated the #2 & #3 players from HTHSD by a score of 6-2 & 7-5.
Nathan C. played in the #1 spot and Honorio Z. played in the #3 postion, both boys made progress with serves and ground strokes. Our doubles teams of Fernando S. & Muse K. took the #2 team of HTHSD to a tie breaker. The team of Francisco A. & Saul B. played in the #2 position. Both teams won several games but came up short for the victory.
Our next match will be Thursday April 3rd at Roosevelt Middle School. Match time 3:30. GO EAGLES
