Track & Field competed in their first meet of the season yesterday at Steele Canyon High School against over 10 schools in the Frontier Conference! They displayed the E and H in REACH by cheering on teammates and competing to the best of their abilities. Troianah placed 1st in league in the 100 meters. Josh received a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 1:01.4. Our boy’s 4×100 relay team (Noah, Honorio, Xavier and Ke’Shaun) placed 2nd in league and our girl’s 4×100 relay team (Sacred, Elizabeth, T’shyne and Troianah) placed 1st in league! Way to go flight crew! A special shout out to Honorio, Bryan and Ke’Shaun for exemplifying industriousness and initiative by attending the AP study session after the meet. Way to demonstrate the student in STUDENT athlete!
Our next meet is on Wednesday, April 30 at Steele Canyon High School starting at 4PM. Come out and support the team!
